7. Передача и доставка Лота<\/p> \n
7.1. Покупатель обязан забрать оплаченный Лот (осуществить самовывоз) в течение 14 (четырнадцати) календарных дней с даты выставления счёта, если иное не согласовано с Компанией.<\/p> \n
Забор Лота производится по адресу: ул. Бривибас 52, Рига, LV-1011, Латвия.<\/p> \n
<\/p> \n
7.2. Компания не осуществляет доставку выигранных Лотов и не является стороной договора перевозки или страхования груза. После передачи Лота представителю Покупателя, перевозчику или любому третьему лицу, действующему по поручению Покупателя, все риски случайной утраты, повреждения или задержки переходят на Покупателя.<\/p> \n
<\/p> \n
7.3. Компания вправе по запросу Покупателя оказать содействие в подборе транспортной или курьерской службы, упаковке, страховании и подготовке документов, необходимых для транспортировки или экспорта.<\/p> \n
Такие услуги предоставляются исключительно по возможности, на возмездной основе и без гарантий сроков, стоимости и результата доставки.<\/p> \n
<\/p> \n
7.4. Все расходы, связанные с упаковкой, хранением, транспортировкой, страхованием, экспортом и иными сопутствующими услугами, оплачиваются Покупателем отдельно и не входят в комиссию Компании или цену молотка.<\/p> \n
<\/p> \n
7.5. В случае экспорта Лота за пределы территории Латвийской Республики Покупатель несёт исключительную ответственность за получение всех необходимых разрешений, лицензий, сертификатов и экспортных документов, а также за соблюдение законодательства страны назначения.<\/p> \n
Компания может оказать содействие в оформлении документов и сертификатов CITES (при необходимости), однако все расходы по их получению несёт Покупатель.<\/p> \n
<\/p> \n
7.6. Лот передаётся Покупателю (или уполномоченному лицу) после:<\/p> \n
\u2013 подтверждения поступления полной оплаты;<\/p> \n
\u2013 выполнения всех требований AML/KYC и экспортных процедур (если применимо);<\/p> \n
\u2013 погашения всех дополнительных расходов (хранение, упаковка, доставка и т. д.).<\/p> \n
<\/p> \n
7.7. Передача Лота фиксируется Компанией в учётной системе, а в случае самовывоза может быть подтверждена подписью Покупателя или его уполномоченного представителя в транспортных или складских документах.<\/p> \n

7.8. Покупатель берёт на себя риск ограничений по законам культурного наследия третьих стран и возможных реституционных требований; Компания вправе удержать Лот при законном запросе госорганов.<\/p>","en":"
SECTION 7 - COLLECTION AND DELIVERY OF LOTS<\/p> \n
7.1. The Buyer must collect the fully paid Lot (self-collection) within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Company.<\/p> \n
Collection shall take place at the following address: Brīvības iela 52, Riga, LV-1011, Latvia.<\/p> \n
<\/p> \n
7.2. The Company does not provide delivery services and is not a party to any contract of carriage or insurance.<\/p> \n
Once the Lot has been handed over to the Buyer\u2032s representative, carrier, or any third party acting on the Buyer\u2032s behalf, all risks of loss, damage, delay, or deterioration shall pass to the Buyer.<\/p> \n
<\/p> \n
7.3. Upon the Buyer\u2032s request, the Company may, at its discretion and subject to availability, assist in arranging transportation, courier services, packing, insurance, or the preparation of documents required for shipment or export.<\/p> \n
Such assistance is provided on a best-efforts basis, for a separate fee, and without any guarantee as to timing, cost, or successful completion of delivery.<\/p> \n
<\/p> \n
7.4. All costs related to packing, storage, transportation, insurance, export formalities, and any other ancillary services are borne exclusively by the Buyer and are not included in the Hammer Price or the Buyer\u2032s Premium.<\/p> \n
<\/p> \n
7.5. In the case of export outside the Republic of Latvia, the Buyer is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary export licences, permits, certificates, and other documentation, and for compliance with all customs, import, and cultural-heritage laws of the destination country.<\/p> \n
The Company may, where required and feasible, assist with export documentation and CITES certification; however, all associated costs shall be borne by the Buyer.<\/p> \n
<\/p> \n
7.6. The Lot shall be released to the Buyer (or an authorised representative) only after: \u2013 confirmation of full payment in cleared funds;<\/p> \n
\u2013 completion of all required AML/KYC and export compliance checks (where applicable); and<\/p> \n
\u2013 settlement of any additional costs, including storage, packing, or delivery charges.<\/p> \n
<\/p> \n
7.7. The transfer of the Lot is recorded in the Company\u2032s internal system.<\/p> \n
In the case of collection in person, the handover may be confirmed by the Buyer\u2032s or authorised representative\u2032s signature on transport or warehouse documentation.<\/p> \n
<\/p> \n
7.8. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for any restrictions under the cultural-heritage laws of third countries and for potential restitution or ownership claims.<\/p> \n
