was sveva's living room, for five years. also, i was air with caetani centre in partnership with the allan brooks nature centre in 2015. \n  \n destanne norris was awarded a bfa (honours) degree in painting and drawing from the university of victoria in british columbia in 1987 and a master of fine art degree by research at the university of tasmania in hobart, tasmania, australia in 2009. she has also participated in a number of other art-in-residence programs. \n \n  \n \n \n following norris\u2019 1995 exhibition, \u201cleah\u2019s gift\u201d, which was held to commemorate and celebrate the short life of her young daughter and that included interrelated artworks which were made years before her daughter was born, norris retreated into nature. over time, norris\u2019 artwork
