מסמכים מתקופת גרמניה הנאצית שהונפקו במשרד ראש העיר גלינגן (gailingen), בנוגע לדוד ולרשטיינר ובתו אדל, שנולדו בקפל (kappel, bad buchau) שבגרמניה.  \n  \n 26x18 ס\"מ. נייר רשמי עם סמל המפלגה הנאצית, ועם חותמת הרשויות בגלינגן. מסמכים אלו מהווים דוגמה למעקב הדקדקני של המנגנון הבירוקרטי הנאצי בגרמניה אחר היהודים בארצם.  \n  \n דוד ולרשטיינר נולד בקפל בשנת 1854. הוא התחתן עם יוליה בת יוסף הירש טנהויזר. הם התגוררו בגלינגן, ועלו לארץ בשנות ה-30, בעקבות עליית הנאצים לשלטון בגרמניה ורדיפת היהודים שם. הוא התגורר בשכונת 'זכרון מאיר' בבני ברק, ונפטר בשנת 1938. דוד חיבר פירוש בכתב יד על התורה והוסיף לו 'סיני' במינכן, האחים שלמה וישראל לאנגער הוסיפו בסוף הספר דף הנצחה ל\"כל קדושי עמנו שנהרגו ע\"י הנאצים בשנות ת\"ש-תש\"ו\", ופירטו שמות של ניספים מקרב יקיריהם. בתחילה הוציא לאור הרב יצחק מאיר זמבה, ספר בראשה תלמידי חכמים ופוסקים חשובים. הקהילה סבלה מרדיפות, עלילות, פרעות וגירוש. בשנת 1442 הוקף הגיטו היהודי בחומות גבוהות, ושעריו ננעלו בלילה, בימי ראשון ובחגי הנוצרים. עם השנים גברה הצפיפות בגיטו, שכלל רחוב אחד צר בלבד. הבתים הגבוהים והצפופים של הגיטו המזוהם, הטילו צל על רחוב היהודים ברוב שעות היום. ליהודים הותר ללכת לרבעים הנוצרים רק למטרות עיסקיות, תוך הגבלות משפילות: איסור הליכה על המדרכה, איסור שימוש במקל הליכה, איסור כניסה לגנים ציבוריים, ועוד. בשנת 1796 נשרף הגיטו כליל במלחמת נפוליאון. כיבוש העיר על ידי נפוליאון וחורבן הגיטו, הביאו למעשה לביטול הגיטו, והובילו להענקת שיוויון זכויות ליהודים בתקופת השלטון שהיה כפוף לנפוליאון. האיור שלפנינו, המציג את חורבות רחוב היהודי, מנציח נקודת זמן שמהווה נקודת מפנה היסטורי בתולדות יהודי מערב אירופה בכלל, ובהיסטוריה של יהודי פרנקפורט בפרט. \n  \n סימני בתאריך 17.05.1995 שלשה בולים שבמרכז כל אחד מהם תמונת בול ישן. הבולים הישנים היו הבולים שלפנינו עם תמונות קבר רחל, מגדל דוד וכיפת הסלע. בדרך עקיפה זו הצליחה הרשות להציג על הבולים שלה את הכיתוב \"palestine\" - כיתוב שעל פי ההסכמים עליהם חתמה, היה אסור להם להשתמש בו. בנוסף, השימוש בשיטת \"בול על בול\", המקובל בהנפקת בולים בכל העולם, מציג בתוך בול חדש תמונת בול ישן יותר של אותה מדינה. ובהנפקת בולים אלו ביקשה הרשות הפלשתינים להציג מצג שווא בפני העולם, כאילו הישות המדינית שלהם היא המשכה של השלטון שהתקיים בארץ ישראל לפני הקמת מדינת ישראל. בתגובה לכך כל דברי הדואר שנשלחו משטחי הרשות הפלסטינית
